Welcome to My World!
Hi! My name is Melissa, I am an 8th grade Literature teacher, and I am a reader obsessed. I love to read. Actually, you could say that I don’t really have a choice. It’s an impulse, a drive for me. I read what I can get my hands on. I am a certified bibliophile. I have been reading since I was 4 years old and voraciously at that. My books are my babies and most of my money goes into procuring them. E-books shall never conquer me. There is no feeling like a hardcover, smooth pages, and a story that holds you captive for hours on end.
My husband suggested that, with as much as I read, I should write reviews and notes on the books that I have read. Perhaps I can get my friends and students interested in these books or, rather, just in reading in general. I might even suggest a book that someone may truly enjoy reading, which would be fabulous.
So welcome to my book blog. Feel free to comment or pick up these books for yourself and have a read.
Welcome, welcome!
